Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 30, 2026
7sixty3 aims for our public website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This page describes where we stand, what we tested, what we know is incomplete, and how to tell us about a problem.
Current status
The site partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA. We have not had a full third-party audit, and we do not claim full conformance. On September 30, 2026 we ran an automated scan and a manual keyboard review of the home page, the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages, and the two pages on this topic. Before that review we found and fixed a set of failures, and we re-tested the live site afterward.
What we tested
- Automated scanning with axe-core 4.10.2 against WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 levels A and AA and the WCAG 2.2 AA rules, at desktop and phone widths.
- Keyboard-only use of navigation, the mobile menu, the Book a Call dialog, the contact form and the cookie banner.
- A skip link to the main content, labelled form fields, visible keyboard focus, and reflow at a 320 pixel wide screen.
- The reduced-motion setting, which stops the site's animations, and a pause button for the scrolling banner.
What we fixed
- Added a skip link, and made the closed mobile menu unreachable by keyboard.
- Gave the Book a Call dialog proper dialog behavior: focus moves in, Tab stays inside, Esc closes it, and focus returns to the button that opened it.
- Added labels and error messages that are announced to screen readers on every form field.
- Raised the color contrast of small text and red buttons to at least 4.5 to 1.
- Made links inside page content identifiable without relying on color.
Known limitations
- We have not tested with screen readers, with native browser zoom at 200 percent, or with text-spacing overrides.
- Some color contrast checks flagged by the scanner as needing human review have not been reviewed yet, including the logo over the hero gradient.
- On a first visit, the cookie banner is a modal dialog, so keyboard users make a choice there before reaching the rest of the page.
- We have not verified where keyboard focus lands after every in-page anchor link.
- We have not tested the skip link on the legal pages.
- Pages outside those listed above, and content from third-party services such as scheduling, have not been reviewed.
