By checking the agreement box and submitting your signature on any proposal, contract, or document provided by 7sixty3 ("we," "us," or "our"), you consent to the use of electronic signatures and agree that your electronic signature is legally equivalent to a handwritten signature.

Your consent applies to all documents you sign electronically through our client portal. Electronic signatures executed through our platform are governed by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), where applicable, and carry the same legal weight and effect as original ink signatures.

By signing electronically, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood the document before signing.

• You intend to sign and are authorized to enter into the agreement.

• Your electronic signature is your own and was not made under duress or without your consent.

• You have access to the hardware and software necessary to view, download, and retain electronic records.

You may withdraw your consent to electronic signatures at any time by contacting us at hello@7sixty3.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of any electronic signatures executed prior to withdrawal.

A copy of any signed document will be sent to the email address on file. We recommend retaining this copy for your records.

Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship or contractual obligation on either party. An engagement begins only upon execution of a written agreement.
